Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS and other major carriers depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Address We ship from Stratham, New Hampshire, United States. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Grahamrichard1479@icloud.com or call (603) 793-5338. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
